Cynthia Bruce

A senior leader with more than 3 decades of experience, Cynthia has built a dynamic career in sales, marketing, and proposal development, currently co-leading the team with her current organization. Cynthia also manages vendor relationships to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables, leads client-facing presentations and webinars, and is a speaker and active contributor with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). As a dedicated professional and a mother of two, she values integrity, accountability, and mentorship, demonstrated by her achievement of having her team certified with the APMP.

Drawn to the Presentation Guild not only by its mission to empower presentation professionals but also by a vision to establish and nurture a global community for professionals involved in presentation development, design, and delivery, Cynthia is excited to contribute as the Strategic Partnerships Director. With her strong relationship-building skills and experience in external relations, she already has a plan to identify new opportunities for collaboration that will enrich the Guild’s offerings and strengthen its influence in the industry. Cynthia is committed to ensuring that all partnerships are effectively integrated into Guild initiatives and growth, ultimately supporting the professional journey of its current and future membership.

Ashley Cole

Ashley Cole is a dynamic, creative, and passionate learning and development professional with over 9 years of experience. Throughout her career, Ashley has been an integral part of various initiatives across several organizations, including leading technology teams, developing and managing learning programs, and producing employee engagement events. She has also contributed learning and development articles to notable publications, such as Training Industry, and presented her work at national conferences, such as DemoFest. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science and a master’s degree in applied technology in education from Wilmington University.

Ashley was drawn to the Presentation Guild because of the organization’s commitment to supporting professionals as they enhance their presentation skills. Learning professionals rely heavily on well designed presentations for training sessions, meetings, and other daily responsibilities. As a lifelong learner, Ashley hopes to strengthen her own skills while empowering her colleagues to do the same. While learning about the Guild, she also learned about the Educator Director role, which is closely aligned with her passions, skillset, and expertise. Ashley looks forward to collaborating with other leaders to develop a catalog of best-in-class educational content for members and prospective members alike.

Talitha Hedgecock

I’m Talitha Hedgecock, a PowerPoint Presentation Designer based in Memphis, TN. With 15 years of experience in health marketing, government projects, and on-call services, I’ve mastered the art of turning complex information into visually stunning presentations that even your grandma would understand. My career has taken me around the globe, giving me a unique perspective and a wealth of experiences to draw from. Over the years, I’ve fine-tuned my skills to create high-quality, engaging presentations that leave audiences both informed and impressed.

I was drawn to the Presentation Guild by its commitment to excellence and community—plus, who doesn’t love a good guild? I’m excited to bring my quirky creativity and innovative ideas to the table. With my extensive experience, I hope to support and inspire fellow members, and maybe even share a few laughs along the way. I’m thrilled about the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded professionals and help elevate the standards of presentation design within the Guild. Let’s make some magic happen!

Ife Jacobs

With over two decades of experience as an executive assistant and trusted partner to executives across publicly traded companies, big law firms, and nonprofit organizations, Ife Jacobs brings a strong foundation of big-picture thinking, operational excellence, organizational expertise, and collaborative leadership to the board.

Designing keynote and training decks for a colleague on a freelance basis sparked a passion for using presentation design principles to drive effective communications - and this drew her to the Presentation Guild.

In her current role as board secretary, Ife applies a unique blend of strategic insight and practical know-how to help build the systems, structure, and strategies that elevate the Guild’s offerings and impact on members, the presentation community, and other key stakeholders.

Ronunda Legros

With more than 10 years in instructional design, Ronunda Legros has honed her expertise in creating impactful learning experiences, especially in the healthcare sector. Her background in teaching and library science shaped her skills in content development and information management, paving the way for her current focus on data-driven training strategies. Ronunda was drawn to the Presentation Guild because of the opportunity to join a community that celebrates the niche work of presentation designers and enthusiasts, whose unique skills often go underappreciated.

Excited about the opportunity to chart a new path in the volunteer program director role, Ronunda aims to bring her organizational skills, a growth mindset that embraces thoughtful risks, and a joy for meeting and working with new people to achieve common goals. Her goal is to develop a robust volunteer program that supports the Guild's initiatives, helps more presentation enthusiasts find a community that values their work, and enables its members to thrive.

Monica Longoria

I've been with the Presentation Guild since its inception in 2015. I joined with the hope of expanding my knowledge of the industry and opening up new career paths for myself. For the past few years, I've been a volunteer for the Guild. My biggest contribution has been the analysis and creation of the last two State of the Industry reports. I've also supported the Guild via strategic research projects and new member orientations.

For the past decade, I have worked in market research in the TV and digital advertising industry. I currently serve as the Head of Marketing Insights at LG Ad Solutions, overseeing the creation of thought leadership for the company's global sales organization. My experience encompasses the vision of a storyteller, the data literacy of an analyst, and the creativity of a designer. By joining the Board, I'll create new data pipelines into the organization.

Johanna Rehnvall

From an early age, Johanna Rehnvall knew she wanted two things: to work in the field of business communication and to do what she loves every day. Today, with more than 25 years of experience in the communication agency industry—including leadership roles and partnership positions—she has achieved both. Over a decade ago, Johanna founded her own presentation and PowerPoint design agency, Presentitude, where her focus remains on helping clients master PowerPoint and craft professional, high-impact presentations—one of the most essential tools in effective business communication.

The Presentation Guild holds a special place in Johanna’s heart as the only organization that truly represents the diverse, creative, and skilled professionals who design, deliver, and develop presentations. Being part of this professional association allows her to connect with peers, share expertise, and give back to a community that has shaped her career. Johanna’s goal is to bring her energy, strategic insight, and leadership experience to help guide the Guild into its next decade—collaborating with an exceptional team to advance its mission and expand its impact.
